LA STORY D'ALAIN
INTRODUCTION
everyone that everyone doesn't necessarily know ...
In the wake of my fiftieth birthday, I feel as if it's flown by, incomprehensibly and uncontrollably!
My ambition and entrepreneurial drive remain intact despite everything.
So I hope you'll take life and its ups and downs as a game, laugh at life and live happily with your knowledge for life.
I'm an entrepreneur with a social and ecological vocation: two themes that touch me deeply. Over the years, we've developed a network of industrial partners to support us in these diverse adventures.
I belong to the astrological sign of Cancer, which I'm sure explains my willingness to be overly professional. Quality or defect? It's up to each person to make up their own mind. I appreciate repeat business, in order to develop new adventures.
These long-lasting relationships are the result of a search for human values, with knowledge of the fields concerned, which avoids the heavy work of evangelization for each new project, without forgetting an important qualifier: trust.
Whatever our relationship, my principles are always based on honesty, not a code of ethics.
In keeping with this value, I always remain true to myself, without pretense. You now have the broad outlines of my personality. Let me now move on to the more "practical" aspect of my career.

I was born on July 7, 19** in Lille, northern France.
My mother Lucienne AOUDIA, daughter of Hanna Joséphine DOUCHET, married in Belgium shortly after I was born. There was a time when a woman had to be married before having a child. Contraception was still taboo and frowned upon.
My father, Mr. ARISSKI, came from Poland to work in the coal mines in Hénin-Beaumont (northern France), like many immigrant workers at the time.
It's true, I have no memory of my mother. Lucienne only left me her name, and very few memories of my father, apart from a few photos.
The DASS sent me these same elements along with a few documents when I turned 26, as French law would have allowed at that time.
I then discovered the existence of a brother, Moïse AOUDIA, 12 years my junior. I don't know him well enough. Our life paths are different, or rather too difficult to accept, like a mirror for both of us, denying the reality of a trying life.
Later, when I was 29, I also learned that my parents had decided to entrust me to the DASS, 8 days after my birth. Madame Clef, a social worker and an extraordinary woman, was to look after me for 12 years.
Despite everything, I have fond memories of her: touching and always in my mind. She looked like an American actress, benevolent and coiffed like a stewardess, a suit and a pretty pleated skirt.
I was first placed in the Rue Déckerme orphanage in Lille, where I stayed until I was 7. Then I was moved to a nursery in Marcq-en-Baroeul, a neighboring town to Lille, before being transferred again to the Gîte in Tourcoing, at 23 Rue des Carliers near the FRANCS train station, for those who know it. Finally, when I was 16, I moved to my last state-run establishment, located at 54 Rue Jean-Macé in Roncq, in the Nord region, close to the Belgian border.
I obtained a CAP d'aptitude professionnelle (vocational training certificate) in bodywork and car paint at the Lycée Professionnel in Marcq-en-Baroeul, 129 rue de la Briqueterie. I then completed a two-year apprenticeship with Max DUMOILIN on rue Louis FAURE in Lille.
When I came of age, I felt the need, even more so, to leave the state institution of the DASS for good.
To do this, I obtained promotion from my military service, through the gendarmerie in Northern France, Boulevard LOUIS XIV.
I then joined the 51st infantry regiment at Compiègne, where I stayed for 18 months instead of 12: the *sine qua non* condition for being able to free myself from the enclave of the DASS.
My time in the army enabled me to acquire missing school skills, develop real team spirit and pass several driving tests.
I think it's important to reiterate our gratitude, without adjectives, to France and to the DASS.
This country and its institution took me in at a complex time in my life. I am inevitably indebted to them and marked by them at the same time.
In December 1983, after my military service, it was time for me to start my professional life. My employer, Max DUMOULIN, had recruited me during my apprenticeship, but then refused to take me on again, because of wage costs, despite my modest qualifications.
When I was 29, my path crossed that of Patricia Delbecq and Nicolas Delbecq, her son.
A young boy of 9, shortly afterwards I was offered custody of Nicolas. Having experienced life under state guardianship in my youth, transferred from one institution to another and foster care on weekends, so I agreed to take on this paternal role in a way, or as an agreement and with no conditions or obligations.
His mother retained her maternal rights, so the young boy kept his family name, as he should have.
Today, Nicolas is 39 years old and extremely bright. At my insistence, Nicolas completed a Master's degree in economics, followed by an MBA in finance and sustainable development in Canada. I'm delighted with his background, and I can confidently draw on his legal and financial skills to support me in a wide range of projects.
In any case, I think that our children, whoever they are, don't belong to us.
Nicolas Delbeck has always worked for my company during his school vacations to help pay for part of his studies.
I hope you enjoy reading one of my favorite pieces of literature on this theme Khalil Gibran

ACT II: André DESCAMPS trained his salespeople to be excellent demonstrators. He sold his products by working directly on customers' cars when they parked in the parking lots of the various commercial outlets: a brilliant sales force to demonstrate the benefits of the products sold by this gentleman, who sometimes practiced the "scorched earth principle".
Its star product was the MAGIC Auto automotive polish.
This is undoubtedly the most important product for any automotive manufacturer, as it is the most widely used in the maintenance and protection of heavy and light vehicles.
In my opinion, the product sold by André DESCAMPS was of good enough quality to be resold, but I'd like to see higher quality for the parties involved. André couldn't sell his polish repeatedly enough to a customer base in demand, namely women (why).
More or less: statistics show that there are more women than men in the world, which suggests that women are increasingly independent housewives, better motorists than men, if the insurance premiums charged to our dear drivers are anything to go by, and real consumers if the product meets their expectations.
I was fascinated by this business sector, and saw an obvious gap: there were no products aimed directly at women drivers, or at least no marketing strategy targeting them.
So, at over 30, I decided to take a new path. As time went by, this was certainly the best decision I made at the time. Here I was, canvassing supermarkets and hypermarkets again, asking them for the right to rent out work space in their store parking lots.
My experience in animation has enabled me to get to know store managers very well, both directly and indirectly.
The hardest part was getting back to basics: having the necessary humility to accept starting from scratch, Caddy in hand and suggesting a demonstration to various customers, while still having my own brand with my extremely rigorous marketing and work policy.
It was this adventure that enabled me to discover Jacques BREL's homeland, Belgium.
My outdoor work was sometimes punctuated by the northern weather, but also by the moods of difficult customers and unmanageable demonstrators. I trained around a hundred of them, charged with publicizing my new brand of Polish, usable for cars and homes alike: MARRII-Auto is the product you need, Madam, Sir, for fireplace inserts, copper saucepans and stainless steel kitchen sinks, shower enclosures, against limescale, Formica furniture, etc.
Allow me to digress for a moment. MARRII-AUTO was a very special name. It was very close to my heart, and I confess, I wanted to create a tribute and a form of gratitude to my host mother, Marie ADMASKI COPPENS.
She was a woman, a real mother with a huge heart. A Mamie, a real lady, elegant and courageous, with principles so representative of the people of the North and so authentic.
Our people from the North are brave and handsome with a soul. They're good Chtimis, ex-poilus, real soldiers, honest people who were the spearhead and arm of France's national economy. Coal to heat this whole beautiful country of ours, not forgetting our beautiful woollen mills, BOUSSAC St frère, mail order, la REDOUTE, le VERT BAUDET or the clothing industry, the MULLIEZ AUCHAN group, the list is so long.
Unlike a famous ex-president, my empathy, like my friendship, will remain complete for what he may have called "the toothless".
I was able to visit Grandma twice a month, as she had 5 children, often in addition to those from the DASS. She left for a white paradise on September 2, 1999. The word "mercantile" was definitely not in her dictionary.
One year later to the day, I sold MARRII-AUTO, as a providential, almost spiritual date, as a predestined date as evoked by Marie, MARRII-AUTO was sold on September 2, 2000, 365 days precisely after her departure. This is what subsequently prompted my relocation to Switzerland, in the canton of Vaud.
Back to the point. We know that there are more women drivers than men OK.
At a time when women were becoming emancipated, they were increasingly present in DIY stores. An asset for my demonstrators, who were drastically trained, even military trained, as I mentioned.
At the time, I was buying my product from Leka-Products, located in Pfungstadt, Germany, 40 kilometers from Frankfurt. I suggested to the two owners of the factory that they manufacture a high-quality Polish, and thus obtain a stake as a minority shareholder. With the agreement of my two co-shareholders, I was able to develop a very complete range and have MARRII-AUTO listed in over 389 sales outlets in France, exclusively in DIY stores.
In three years, I think I've succeeded in developing a complete range of MARRII-AUTO products for vehicle and home maintenance, thanks to good marketing and, of course, aggressive communication. We've also increased the number of my employees and our listings in DIY superstores. The MARRII-AUTO was also marketed on certain Télé-Achat channels, such as RTL9 in Germany, which helped to establish its reputation and credibility with users of my MARRII-AUTO and future customers.
With the agreement of my two partners, I took the decision to sell in September 2000, in response to a purchase proposal from a German Russian customer. A providential help. The ISO 2002 standards for the manufacture of chemical products, as well as the ISO 2004 components put into practice by the European Union, changed our business model, and our production-to-sales range had to undergo new obligations once again, which were restrictive, I admit, not only for our factory, but also for our distribution network, still in full development.
A sale means a new adventure.
The sale of MARRII-AUTO, called Europe Polish Compagnie, was closed on September 2, 2000 in Basel, Switzerland, with the help of STG, a Baltic trustee.
As a result, I had to support the entire sale in terms of the distribution network and manufacturing, as is always the case in such circumstances: a process that lasted four years, an important condition for the new buyer with contacts in supermarkets and our obligations as a supplier, as is always the case.
The termination of my shareholding in MARRII-AUTO enabled me to relocate physically and fiscally to Switzerland, in the canton of Vaud. I have been a Swiss resident since September 2000, just before the signing of the bilateral agreements and their application in the Schengen area.
After this great experience in the automotive sector, I realized that I couldn't just sit back and do nothing, I simply had an even greater thirst for experience.
In 2004 I began my latest adventure. I decided to enter the field of renewable energies in the North of France to start slowly and surely.
This field has always attracted me. We had already installed solar panels on our production plant for the famous MARRII-AUTO in Germany seventeen years earlier. It's worth noting that Germany is a country that's well ahead of the game when it comes to renewable energies, having been developing fossil fuels and solar power for over twenty years.
On November 22, 2005, Bruno VANHOVE, a long-standing friend from Lille, came to me and asked me to set up an IT company together.
VB2S was born in Roubaix. The company was the first to market a 3D software product that was referenced by major retailers such as Les 3 Suisses, La Redoute, and many other companies involved in online sales...
The company was sold on July 31, 2008. My role in the company was simply to invest by taking part in a great adventure and accompanying it with an old friend.
ACT IV: RENEWABLE ENERGY
In 2007, I began developing our first photovoltaic installations in France, by renting out farmers' roofs to install my solar panels.
A move linked to the Grenelle de l'environnement of Mr BORLOO, Minister of Ecology at the time, under the umbrella of the European Union, once again.
In 2010, the laws suddenly changed for new solar infrastructures and the resale of energy to EDF. This process was accompanied by a moratorium lasting over a year. As a result, many companies were forced to file for bankruptcy.
• EDF prepares to send teams and equipment to Japan
EDF's CEO at the time, Mr. PROGLIO, issued a written and TV press release on the subject on March 10, 2010.
Yes, indeed, France was on the verge of realizing the old adage: it's the dog biting its own tail! Being a shareholder, while financing nuclear and solar power plants, derogating from the various amortizations and financing once again of nuclear power in disarray.
It was clear, then, that being a victim, only to be subjected to a sufficient number of solar installations capable of destabilizing the coefficients put in place for nuclear consumption or, and above all, possible profitability, was quite simply called into question.
• Implementation of the NOME law : EDF
Once again, I had to draw on my experience to find a back-up solution. At that time, I began to develop a number of real estate operations in Morocco. And it was there, in Marrakech to be precise, that I was able to meet, a few months later, Mr Christian VOOS, manager of the VDI company in Belgium, in the Walloon region.
• Photovoltaic solar energy and energy transition®
He then suggested that we work together to install photovoltaic panels in the region. It was an interesting move, correlated with the Belgian legislative decree in force to ensure the energy independence essential for the private sector, in a country where the population and its consumption were already growing in 2009 (as elsewhere in Europe).
It was September 2009. Our strength in this business model was to offer solar photovoltaic installations to our customers (possibly via third-party investment). Our company ELIA acted as guarantor for CV payments (Green Certificate).
The CV (Green Certificate) was also negotiable on an over-the-counter market. The polluter pays, and in this way we came full circle. To do this, we decided to obtain usufruct of the various roofs, generating energy production and with a contract for retrocession by our various customers.
A win/win deal. The Belgian electricity supplier pays us directly for the production generated in the form of CVs. So, for each MWh produced, we were granted around 7 CVs at a guaranteed buy-back price of €65 per share, under the terms of a legislative decree.
We developed a solar park of 4,000 photovoltaic concessions, on which we had the usufruct of energy production. The process was carried out upstream, in compliance with the "European Minimis" conditions, guaranteeing payment by the competent authorities in Belgium.
• Application of the de minimis rule
• EXPLANATORY NOTE “de minimis” aid
• General de minimis regulation
The commercial potential in Belgium was 1 billion euros at this period. Finally, the fruit of the partnership established in Belgium will then allow me to acquire a good economic and energy model: a wind farm in Greece sold in 2015 to a Swiss company specializing in energy and petroleum products.
Avoltavi Sàrl was created in September 2012 in the canton of Friborg in Bulle, precisely at Avenue de la Gare N° 10, 1630 Bulle. www.bulle.ch
Building on our growth, we have set up a branch with a new storage area and a Showroom in the canton of Vaud, in Lully (Morges). https://lully.ch/
Today we specialize in the installation of photovoltaic solar panels of different brands, but mainly German. The entire administrative part concerning heat pumps is our sole responsibility and responsibility, as are the requests for various subsidies in favor of our customers..
1) Renewable energy and energy saving subsidies
3) Subsidies and other transfers related to the environment
We also take care of updating old electrical panels to bring them up to standard, storage batteries and electrical terminals without commitments/subscriptions, for cars of various brands accompanied by payment solutions for private individuals or Swiss citizens. An AVOLTAVI exclusive, in Switzerland with our administrative branch. https://www.etoy.ch/cms/
We are currently developing a carbon offset 2.0 project:
My objectives: remain largely to be considered, our ambitions in energy and financial products remain not ambitious, Just rather secret at this precise moment of this stage.
To conclude, each business is above all a voluntary and human adventure. For several years now, I have decided to continue my activities in the field of renewable energies. As a way for me to get involved on an ecological level on my own scale.
New energies are becoming (or are already) essential because of climate change. The energy transition is essential and alternative energies will make history with or without you!
